Simply put, we are followers of Jesus Christ.

We believe what the Bible says; not creeds, dogmas, or councils. We practice what the first church preached and lived. We earnestly seek the Kingdom and the Will of God in our lives.

Spirit-Filled

We believe that the gift of the Holy Spirit, as evidenced in the early church, is still a promise for all to receive today. We believe that the gifts of the Spirit are still active in the church today. We allow them operate orderly within our congregation.

Bible-Based

We’re not into fluff. We believe that the Bible was inspired by God and we have a high view of Scripture. It shows in the preaching and teaching you will hear during our services. We promise to do our best, as humanly possible, to deliver what the Bible says in context and in the author’s original inspired intent. We do not use our pulpit for entertainment or to give inspirational or motivational speeches. We do not use our pulpit to bully people. The Word does a profitable work of reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). It can cut to the heart issues (Hebrews 4:12). We can only grow through nourishment of the Word. We don’t serve junk food.

Multicultural

Our congregation embraces the truth that all humanity is created by God and none are exempt from receiving the Gospel. We have multiple ethnicities represented in our church family because we know that Heaven will have people from every nation and language! We believe the church ought to be a shining example of love for one another and unity, no matter how different we might look or sound.

Planning a visit? You might have a few questions or concerns.

Do I have to dress formal to attend?

Some people dress more formal, some dress casual. Wear what is comfortable for you. We just want you to experience Jesus with us!

I’m nervous around groups of people…

We will never embarrass you, have you stand up, or pressure you to give us your personal information. We respect your privacy. We’d love to stay in touch, but that’s completely up to you. We are a friendly bunch. Expect smiles, greetings fist bumps, air fives, etc…

Do I have to give money?

No. You are not obligated to give anything. We will not bug you for money, although we do take one collection per week. It is a free-will offering. You’re welcome to give, but don’t feel pressured to do so.

Do you have child care?

While we do not provide staffed care for your infant or toddler, we do provide a safe place for you care for them during service times. Our nursery class is available for potty-trained children ages 3-6.

What is your music like?

We incorporate vibrant singing and lively music into our Sunday service. Our music team brings our hearts and minds in unity as they declare the truths of God in song. Expect hand-clapping, raising hands, and maybe a “Hallelujah” here or there as people respond to the Spirit of God.

Do I have to come forward to pray?

We start and end our services in prayer and it happens spontaneously through the service as well. It is vocal and expressive. It’s individual. Some pray quietly, while others lift their voice. We believe in praying with and for one another. However, we will not pray with you without your permission. Prayer is between you and God.
